2-Phase Closed Loop Stepper Motor System with Integrated Controllers
AiC Series
Brand:
The AiC series 2-phase closed loop stepper motor system features motor drivers with integrated controllers. Direct control is possible via network connection with master control devices, offering easy programming, connection, and installation. The stepper motor system offers accurate and precise position control through feedback from the integrated encoder without the hassle of tuning and vibration of conventional servo motors. The encoder feedback provides information of the current position in reference to the input pulse with a high resolution of 10,000 pulses per revolution, allowing precise and accurate position control down to 0.036°. The series also features high torque compared to similar in-class models from other brands and various alarm functions for enhanced safety.

Closed Loop Stepper Motor Control
The stepper motor system offers accurate and precise position control through feedback from the integrated encoder without the hassle of tuning and vibration of conventional servo motors.
Driver + Integrated Controller
The AiC series features drivers with integrated controllers. Multiple motor axes can be controlled simultaneously with the provided atMotion software and RS-485 communication.
Motion Control Software Provided (atMotion)
The intuitive user interface of the atMotion motion control software allows users to easily set parameters and monitor data.
Built-in Brake Type Motors Available
The built-in brake type motor and drivers allow safer control of vertical loads. The brakes are located towards the rear and the separate brake connector allows easy connection.
Trolley systems can be installed in various situations such as automated conveyor lines, overhead travelling cranes, shipping and and automated warehouses without human presence.
