Basic Switches

Thumbwheel Switches
A Thumbwheel Switch is a setting switch that converts the numeric value selected by turning a disk-shaped part on which numbers are written into a binary, decimal, hexadecimal, or other code using the combination of ON and OFF signals for multiple contact circuits and that outputs the resulting code.

The term counter is derived from the word count. It is fairly simple for people to count ten or twenty objects, but larger numbers make counting increasingly difficult. Counters outperform people when it comes to counting accurately

Digital Panel Indicators
Digital Panel Indicators perform digital processing on or conversion and display of voltages, currents, other analog signals, and pulse signals. They can also compare input values to set values, transfer data, and perform other functions
Power Supplies
Commercial AC power distributed from power plants cannot be supplied directly to the ICs and other electronic components built into electronic devices in automated office and factory equipment without destroying the components due to the high voltage of commercial AC power. Devices called power supplies or regulated DC power supplies are therefore required to convert commercial AC power into regulated DC power to drive ICs and other electronic components
